Scanning several pages on a Konika Minolta copier

When scanning on our copiers, each page will be scanned as a separate document. If you have more than one sheet of paper, they can be put in the tray on top of the copier and be scanned as one document. If you need to scan several pages, e.g. from a book, you can change the settings to gather several pages in the same document.

Which Konika Minolta copier are you using? (Check the machine)

Log onto the copier as usual with a password or keycard. Press ”Fax/Scan”

Press ”E-mail Me” on the display

Press ”Scann. indst.” on the display

Press ”Sep. scanning” in the right side of the display. The background of the "button" will change from black to green as show here:

Press OK

Place the subject you wish to scan on the glass plate. Press ”Start” for every scan

When you have scanned the desired pages, end your session by pressing ”Afslut”on the display

Press ”Start” to send the scanned document to your UCL e-mail

Log onto the copier as usual with a password or keycard. Press ”Fax/Scan”

Press ”E-mail Me” on the display

Press "Program" on the display

If block B is not visible on the display, move the slider until it is

Press ”Separat scann.” in block B on the display to turn the function on

Press the check mark on the display

Place the subject you wish to scan on the glass plate. Press ”Start” for every scan

When you have scanned the desired pages, end your session by pressing ”Afslut”on the display

Press ”Start” to send the scanned document to your UCL e-mail

Congratulations, you are done!
