Updated Feb 27, 2020

Once you have printed your document, you can retrieve your print at any nearby printer. Start by going to the nearest MFP.

Ricoh MFPs

1. If the monitor on the printer is blank, that means the machine is asleep. Press the crescent moon button, to wake it up.

2. Swipe your card and go to 4, or choose ”Login” and go to 3.

3. Enter your UCL user name and then password. Choose OK after each of them.

4. Choose ”Print”.

5. Presented then is a list of all print jobs that you have sent to the cloud. Choose whichever one you want printed and then press ‘Print’.

6. Log off the printer.

Note: You will be logged off automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.
